With the help of our community, we can expand our offices.
We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to you today with an exciting and important update for our neighbourhood association.
Due to the increased demand for our services and the planned appointment of new personnel, we find ourselves in need of expanding our office space to better serve our growing community.
As you may know, our neighbourhood association has always been dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents. Whether it’s through organising community events, providing essential services, or advocating for local issues, our goal has always been to make Fichardt Park a wonderful place to reside in.
In order to continue this mission and address the growing needs, we are planning an expansion of our office facilities. This expansion will not only provide much-needed space for our staff to work efficiently but will also create a more welcoming environment for community members to access our services and participate in meetings and activities.

The FNA gives back
The FNA had been registered on 19 March 2024 at the Department of Social Development so that we are henceforth authorised to issue section 18A-certificates to donors.
Although it was a complicated process to be able to qualify for this, we persisted with our efforts to enable us to return benefits.
The FNA is now a SARS-approved institution and donors can deduct contributions to the FNA for tax purposes.
Donors who wish to make donations, can find the correct procedures on our FNA website and thus enjoy an income tax benefit.
